Authenticity guarantee

Every part labelled Genuine (OEM) is sourced from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor. If any product you buy from us turns out not to be genuine, we'll refund 100% of the price plus delivery, no questions asked.

What's covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, for example a battery that won't hold charge, a shock absorber that leaks, or a jacket seam that splits.

Warranty periods

The exact period is shown on each product page under “Warranty”. As a guide:

• Batteries: 24–30 months (claims handled through the brand's service network)
• Helmets and riding gear: 3–24 months against stitching, buckle and shell defects
• Electrical accessories and lighting: 6–24 months
• Suspension, levers, guards and luggage: 6–24 months
• Wear items (brake pads, filters, spark plugs, chains, tyres, oils): no warranty, but guaranteed genuine and defect-free on arrival

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, or damage from a crash or fall
• Incorrect fitting, or use on a bike the part isn't listed for
• Modifications, racing use or overloading
• Water damage to electrical parts not rated as waterproof

How to claim

1. Contact us with your order number, a short description and clear photos or a video of the problem.
2. We'll reply within one working day. Some brands (e.g. batteries) are faster at their own service centres, and we'll point you to the nearest one.
3. Send or bring the item to us. Inside Dhaka we can arrange a pickup.
4. We repair or replace it, or refund you if a replacement isn't available.
