Delivery areas & fees

Free delivery on all orders over ৳ 5,000, or with the code FREESHIP. Large items such as top boxes and paddock stands may need an extra day.

Order processing

• Orders placed before 6 PM (Saturday–Thursday) are confirmed by phone the same day.
• Orders are packed at our Bangshal warehouse and handed to the courier within 24 hours of confirmation.
• You'll get an SMS with a courier tracking code once your order ships. You can also follow it on the Track order page.

Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused and not fitted to a motorcycle
• In the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and tags
• Accompanied by the order number

Items we can't take back

• Opened engine oil, brake fluid, lubricants and cleaners
• Electrical parts that have been connected, including batteries that have been filled or charged
• Helmets worn on the road, and balaclavas (for hygiene reasons)
• Parts cut, drilled or modified for fitting

Size exchanges

Helmets, jackets, gloves, pants and boots can be exchanged for a different size free of charge within 7 days, as long as they haven't been worn outdoors and the tags are attached. Inside Dhaka we'll collect the item when we deliver the new size.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 2 working days), refunds go back to the original payment method: bKash or Nagad within 3 days, cards within 7–10 days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bKash or Nagad number. The original delivery fee is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your parcel in front of the courier. If something is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send the correct item and cover all delivery costs. Call +8801895631444 or send us a message.
