About these terms

These terms apply to your use of motohub-bd.vercel.app and to every order you place with Moto Hub Bangladesh (“Moto Hub”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT.
• An order is accepted only after we confirm it by phone or SMS. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was shown incorrectly. If you've already paid, you'll get a full refund.
• Product images may be illustrations. Colours and packaging can vary slightly from the pictures.
• Coupon codes cannot be combined, and they have no cash value.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad and Visa/Mastercard. Online payments are processed by licensed payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Fitment & installation

Fitment information is provided in good faith based on manufacturer data. Please check part numbers before fitting. Brake, suspension and engine parts should be installed by a qualified mechanic. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the courts of Dhaka. Questions? Contact us.
